I just had someone post another song, one which very few know. It came out in late '65, before the Mamas and Papas started to chart, but it sure sounded like something John Phillips would have written and the group sounds a bit like the Mamas and Papas in parts. I dont know how to do the link here, maybe Don can do it, but if you do a search on Youtube for:

"Tompkins Square" by The Harbingers you will get it

I know there are alot of music fans on this site...
